Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 4, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lit Hub, a community directory for projects, tools, apps, agents, dashboards, and other resources related to the Lighter ecosystem. By using the site or submitting content, you agree to these terms.

Directory Content

Listings are provided for discovery and informational purposes only. A listing, vote count, category, map placement, or link on Lit Hub is not an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, audit, or guarantee by Lit Hub or Lighter.

You are responsible for evaluating any project before using it. Crypto, trading, software, and third-party services can involve financial, technical, security, and operational risk.

Submissions

When you submit a project or blog post, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide any submitted names, descriptions, links, logos, images, text, and other materials.

Submissions open a GitHub pull request for maintainer review. We may accept, edit, reject, close, remove, or re-categorize submissions at our discretion, including to fix formatting, improve clarity, prevent abuse, or keep the directory useful.

By submitting content, you grant Lit Hub permission to display, reproduce, modify for formatting, and publish that content in connection with the directory, blog, repository, and related community channels.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit spam, malware, phishing links, misleading claims, impersonation, infringing material, illegal content, or content intended to manipulate votes, submissions, reviews, or availability of the site.

We may rate limit, block, remove, or report activity that appears abusive, deceptive, harmful, or inconsistent with these terms.

Third-Party Links

Lit Hub links to external websites, GitHub repositories, social accounts, documentation, and community channels. Those services are controlled by third parties, not by Lit Hub. We are not responsible for their content, security, terms, privacy practices, availability, or actions.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on Lit Hub is financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or security advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek qualified advice where appropriate.

Availability

We provide the site on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the site, submissions, voting, external links, or any listed project will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of Lit Hub after an update means you accept the updated terms.
